Brain Segmentation
Module segments intracranial volume (ICV) into both brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and provide boundaries and volumetry of these two regions. Percentage of the total ICV volume will also be provided.
Hippocampus Segmentation
Module segments hippocampi separately as left hippocampus and right hippocampus. Thus, any asymmetry between hippocampal volumes can be assessed by using the provided boundaries and volumetry.
Lobe Segmentation
Module segments brain tissue into five different lobe regions (frontal, occipital, temporal, parietal, cerebellum). Boundaries and volumetry are provided separately for each lobe (left & right).
WMH Analysis
Developed an AI-powered brain MRI analysis module that utilizes non-contrast 3D T2-FLAIR scans for detecting WMH lesions in brain MRI images, enabling the tracking of MS disease progression
Pulmonary Nodule Detection
Achieved high success with fully automatic pulmonary nodule detection and segmentation on CT scans. The module’s ability to accurately segment lung structures alongside its nodule detection underscores its proficiency and precision in image analysis.
